Captain Mike was lucky enough to have been born and raised on the water in South Florida. He has been fishing and guiding fishing charters for as long as he could drive. Shortly after graduating high school, Captain Mike realized that fishing was his first true passion and that is when he decided to turn it in to a career. Captain Mike started working as a mate on one of the top local charter fishing docks in Miami. By the age of 20, he had already gone to school and earned his captain’s license. After working the charter fishing docks in Miami for over ten years, Captain Mike started working on a larger boat that was coast guard inspected. This required Captain Mike to further his education, at which point he earned a 100 TON U.S.C.G. Master License.

Captain Mike specializes in fishing charters using live bait, charters that go bottom fishing, kite fishing, and trolling. These are some of the best techniques to land monster and good quality fish.
