What’s your cancellation policy?

Customers need to cancel 14 days prior to their booking date in order to receive a full refund of their deposit. Customers can reschedule their trip if they call at least 7 days prior to their booking date. Any changes or cancellations to a trip that take place within the specified 7-14 days will result in the loss of deposit.

What should we bring on the boat?

All fishing equipment will be provided by the captain. Customers should bring any food or drink they wish to consume on the boat. Customers should also consider bringing sunscreen and foul-weather gear, depending on the forecast. 

What happens if there is bad weather?

Captain will inform you 2-3 days prior to your trip if there is bad weather forecasted and conditions are unsafe. It is at the sole discretion of the captain whether to cancel a trip due to weather.
